Background:

Tonight we present enrollment data for elementary, middle and high schools for the first 5 days of school.  Enrollment is monitored daily for the first 10 days, as well as on the 15th and 20th days, with manual counts.  Classes must be balanced by the 20th day to meet class size maximums per the Alameda Education Association contract.

 

Tonight, the first five (5) days of data will be presented by Kelly Lara, AUSD   Director of Student Services.
