Item Title:Approval of Annual General, Fiscal, and Operational Memorandum of Understanding with Community Learning Center Schools (CLCS)

Background:

This Memorandum of Understanding is an annual agreement between AUSD and Community Learning Center, Inc (CLCS) that spells out a variety of details including the various legal and financial terms and conditions of the relationship between AUSD and CLCS, overseeing both Alameda Community Learning Center (ACLC) and NEA Community Learning Center (NEA).

This agreement outlines additional agreements that are necessary due to the new location of both ACLC and NEA on the Woodstock Campus.  It requires the outlining of agreements as both parties continue to support and collaborate with one another through this transition.
