| Background: | The District is party to two agreements with AT&T Wireless which allow the operation of cellular telephone antennas at Wood and Maya Lin, respectively. The Board has heard a number of community complaints regarding the antennas. As a result, the Board is directing staff to send notices to AT&T informing AT&T that operation of the two antennas must end within twelve months. If this item is approved, the notices will be sent out on September 24, 2014. |
