| | | | | | | | Item Title: | Appointment of Board Secretary (Action) | Item Type: | Appointment of Board Secretary (Action) | Background: | Pursuant to Board Bylaw BB 9122: Secretary, the Board shall appoint the Superintendent to serve as Secretary to the Board. The Secretary to the Board shall be responsible for maintaining a record of Board proceedings and shall:
- Prepare, distribute and maintain the Board agenda
- Record, distribute, and maintain Board minutes
- Maintain Board records and documents
- Conduct official correspondence for the Board
- As directed by the Board, sign and execute official papers
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Board
