| Background: | In response to community concerns, the District has recently taken steps to stop the operation of cellular telephone antennas at school sites. This resolution expresses the Board’s intention to oppose any future placement of such antennas at or immediately adjacent to school sites as well. The resolution was presented in slightly different form at the last meeting. In response to community comments, the resolution currently before the board specifies that the board opposes the placement of cell phone antennas at sites immediately adjacent to schools. |
