Background:The ten year Deferred Maintenance Plan is presented is a proposed schedule for all AUSD schools. Some school projects may be covered in any future bond. The final project scope and sequence will be determined by the Board. The staff recommendation is to keep the scheduled work based on the attached plan as MOF has completed its assessment. 


The tentative estimate for each year's scope of work is approximately $7,000,000.00.


The Deferred Maintenance Plan will provide the District with a guiding document for all future deferred maintenance projects.
