The District is required each year in accordance with Administrative Regulation (AR) 4315.1 to certify that the administrators in the District are competent to evaluate certificated employees.  Competency is based upon the following statutory criteria: degrees, credentials, teaching experience, administrative experience, evaluation experience, and professional training.
