At the January 13th board meeting, staff presented a proposed schedule of Measure I Phase I bond program projects for the Board’s discussion and input. Presented tonight is the updated schedule from that meeting.
At the board meeting on January 13th, no changes were suggested. Upon staff’s further review in preparation for tonight’s action, it was pointed out by staff that the plan for Edison to receive a new classroom was in error, as well as paving in Summer 2015. The additional classrooms at Edison are part of the full Facilities Master Plan (FMP), not part of the first bond program of $179.5 million. Also, Edison was paved in recent years and should not have been on the list of critical projects summer 2015. The presented schedule tonight for board action includes those changes.
The Board is asked to take action to approve the presented project schedule.
