On January 27, 2015, the Board of Education delegated authority to enter into contracts on behalf of the Alameda Unified School District and to purchase supplies, materials, apparatus, equipment, and services up to the amounts specified in Public Contract Code 20111 and Education Code section 17604 to the Superintendent of Schools, Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services, Chief Business Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, and the General Counsel.
Resolution Number 14-0002 further limited the delegation to expenditures of less than $86,000 and required that the Board of Education ratify the contracts within sixty (60) days of incurring the expense.
The following contracts are presented for ratification:
- Annual Service Agreement between AUSD and the Educator's Assessment Data Management System (EADMS) for a total fee of $48,995.00
- Professional Service Agreement between AUSD and Inquiry By Design (1 of 2) for a total of $100,000.00
- Professional Service Agreement between AUSD and Inquiry By Design (2 of 2) for a total of $150,000.00
