| Background: | The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Alameda Unified School District (AUSD) and Peralta Community College District (PCCD) establishes the policies and protocols for the District to collaborate to offer dual enrollment courses for AUSD students. The MOU covers future courses, including the biotechnology courses that will be offered through Laney College. The MOU covers the period from June 30, 2020 through June 30, 2022 and replaces the previous MOU with PCCD.
