Superintendent Pasquale Scuderi and members of his Executive Cabinet team will give the Board of Education information on possible plans and schedules for the 2020-2021 school year. The following topics will be covered in this presentation:
- Review current situation, influencing factors, and decision-making process for fall
- Discuss criteria/readiness for restarting any in-person instruction
- Introduce concepts for flexible model schedules at elementary, middle, and high school
- Examine options for a virtual/remote option
- Identify critical issues that need to be resolved
There will be time for Board members to discuss the options presented and give feedback and guidance to staff. This item will return for action at the June 23rd Board of Education meeting.
