| Background: |
Education Code 42127(a) and (b) require that school districts file an adopted operating budget for all funds with the County Superintendent of Schools by July 1 of each fiscal year and that a Public Hearing be held prior to the adoption of the budget. A Public Hearing on the Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2020-2021 was held on June 9, 2020. The Board of Education heard public comments and did not request any changes.
Tonight staff is asking the Board to approve the Budget for Fiscal Year 2020-2021.
