Background:
 

Alameda voters approved Measure I in November 2014, and the Bond Program Project Schedule: Option 5A was approved at the April 14, 2015 board meeting.

As the bond program schedule dictates, there will be various contracts to come before the Board for approval.  Contracts may include construction bid contracts, architectural services contract addenda, specialists/consultants agreements, etc. Staff has created a standing board item to approve the bond program contracts to keep the bond program contracts separate from the approval of other contracts.

 

1. (Fund 21) Change Order No. 002 to Lease-leaseback Contract between AUSD and Lathrop Construction Associates for an increase of $9,291.00. (Franklin)

2. (Fund 21) Change Order No. 003 to Lease-leaseback Contract between AUSD and Lathrop Construction Associates for an increase of $183,696.00. (Encinal Phase II)

3. (Fund 21) Change Order No. 007 to Lease-leaseback Contract between AUSD and Lathrop Construction Associates for an increase of $255,518.00. (Encinal Phase I)

4. (Fund 21) Professional Services Agreement between AUSD and Wallace Kuhl & Associates for total of $42,405.00. (Encinal Phase II)
