On July 17, 2020, the Board approved Resolution No. 2020-2021.01 Granting Easements to Alameda Municipal Power (AMP) at Franklin Elementary School and Encinal Junior & Senior High School.
Recently it was brought to the District’s attention that the Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) for the Franklin Property as reflected in the documents was incorrect. Therefore, this matter is being re-submitted for the Board’s approval with the correct APN number included.
