Background:
 

Alameda voters approved Measure I in November 2014, and the Bond Program Project Schedule: Option 5A was approved at the April 14, 2015 board meeting.

As the bond program schedule dictates, there will be various contracts to come before the Board for approval.  Contracts may include construction bid contracts, architectural services contract addenda, specialists/consultants agreements, etc. Staff has created a standing board item to approve the bond program contracts to keep the bond program contracts separate from the approval of other contracts.

 

1. (Fund 21) Contracts for Repairs, Maintenance or Small Construction Projects between AUSD and Lathrop Construction Associates for a total of $34,655.00. (Encinal)

2. (Fund 21) Contracts for Repairs, Maintenance or Small Construction Projects between AUSD and MBS Engineering for a total of $92,845.00 (Various)

3. (Fund 21) Amendment No. 1 to Independent Contractor Agreement for Professional Architect Services between AUSD and Quattrocchi Kwok Architects for a fee increase of $17,900.00. (AOA/Chipman Playground)

4. (Fund 21) Project Addendum No. 211612.5 to Agreement for Architectural Services for Measure I Bond Projects between AUSD and Quattrocchi Kwok Architects for a fee increase of $10,400.00. (Love)
