Item Title:Ratification of Contracts Executed Pursuant to Board Policy 3300

Background:
 

On January 14, 2020, the Board of Education delegated authority to enter into contracts on behalf of the Alameda Unified School District and to purchase supplies, materials, apparatus, equipment, and services up to the amounts specified in Public Contract Code 20111 and Education Code section 17604 to the Superintendent of Schools, Chief Student Support Officer, Chief Academic Officer, Chief Business Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer.

Resolution Number 2019-2020.25 further limited the delegation to expenditures of less than $95,200 and required that the Board of Education ratify the contracts within sixty (60) days of incurring the expense. 

The following contracts are presented for ratification: 

    

1. (Fund 13) Annual Renewal of Services between AUSD and Super Co-Op, A California USDA Foods Cooperative, with estimated funding received in the amount of $190,000.00.

2. (Fund 01) Contract Rider between AUSD and Curative Inc. and is attached to and made part of that agreement between Curative Inc., and Alameda County Office of Education. Fees paid to Curative Inc. are paid by users.
3. (Fund 12) Amendment 01 to  Local Agreement for Child Development Services (CCTR-0001) between AUSD and the California Department of Education.

4. (Fund 01) Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement between AUSD and Tutor Corps for an increase of $24,700.00 for a new total of $35,200.00.

5. (Fund 01) Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement between AUSD and Stepping Stones Group for an increase of $19,096.00 for a new total of $147,928.00.
