On January 12, 2021, the Board of Education delegated authority to enter into contracts on behalf of the Alameda Unified School District and to purchase supplies, materials, apparatus, equipment, and services up to the amounts specified in Public Contract Code 20111 and Education Code section 17604 to the Superintendent of Schools, Chief Student Support Officer, Chief Academic Officer, Chief Business Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer.

Resolution Number 2020-2021.26 further limited the delegation to expenditures of less than $96,700 and required that the Board of Education ratify the contracts within sixty (60) days of incurring the expense. 

The following contracts are presented for ratification: 

1. (Fund 01)  Agreement for Professional Services between AUSD and Children's Hospital and Research Center dba USCF Benioff  Children's Hospital Oakland for pro-rated costs up to $1,128 per week as needed.

2.  (Fund 01) Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement between AUSD and 360 Degree Customer, Inc. for an increase of $78,480.00 and a new total value of $90,000.00. (Paras)

3. (Fund 01) Amendment No. 3 to Professional Services Agreement between AUSD and Pediatric Therapy Services LLC., dba as The Stepping Stones Group for an increase of $33,750.00 and a new total value of $271,774.00.

4. (Fund 01) Professional Services Agreement between AUSD and Ed Supports, LLC. dba as Juvo Autism and Behavorial Sciences for an hourly rate of $121.00 with a total not to exceed $84,942.00.

5. (Fund 01) Professional Services Agreement between AUSD and National Air Balance for various hourly rates with a total not to exceed $50,000.00.

6. (Fund 01) Amendment No. 5 to Professional Services Agreement between AUSD and 360 Degree Customer, Inc. for an increase of $5,130.00. and a new total value not to exceed $492,508.00. (Teachers)
