At the Board Policy subcommittee meeting on October 8th, committee members and staff discussed potential modifications to Board Policy (BP 4311) and it's accompanying Administrative Regulation (AR 4311). The AR articulates the recommended composition of interview panels, both staff and community, for the hiring processes of school site administrators.
While no changes are being made to the Board Policy, the Administrative Regulation has been amended to reflect the changes suggested by committee members and to bring it in line with our current practice. Tonight, AR 4311 is being presented for approval by the Board.
