Background: | The Alameda Unified School District desires to become a member of the Education Technology Joint Powers Authority (EdTech JPA) for the 2021-2022 FY with automatic renewal each year. EdTech JPA acts as a procurement vehicle for technology goods and allows EdTech JPA Members to leverage contracts established through the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, thus alleviating Members’ administrative costs and overhead.
Adoption of Resolution No. 2021-2022.22 will also approve the attached EdTech JPA Membership Agreement, a contract leveraged by AUSD which must be executed prior to any obligation to the District. |
