| Background: | In order to submit general child care and development services contracts and grant documentation to the California Department of Social Services for Fiscal Year 2023-2024, the Board of Education must pass a resolution granting signing authority to designated personnel. Resolution No. 2022-2023.46 shall give such authority to the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources, Assistant Superintendent of Business Services, and the Assistant Superintendent of Education Services. |
