Item Title:Ratification of Contracts Executed Pursuant to Board Policy 3300

Background:
 

On January 10, 2023, for FY 2022-2023 the Board of Education delegated authority to enter into contracts on behalf of the Alameda Unified School District and to purchase supplies, materials, apparatus, equipment, and services up to the amounts specified in Public Contract Code 20111 and Education Code section 17604 to the Superintendent of Schools, Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services, Assistant Superintendent of Business Services, Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources, and the Purchasing Manager.

Resolution Number 2022-2023.30 further limited the delegation to expenditures of less than $109,300 and required that the Board of Education ratify the contracts within sixty (60) days of incurring the expense. 


The following contracts are presented for ratification: 

         

1.       (Fund 01) Products and Services Agreement between AUSD and Renaissance for a total of $253,614.02.

2.       (Fund 01) Professional Services Agreement between AUSD and The Stepping Stones Group for variable hourly rates with a total not to exceed $25,000.00. (ESY)

3.       (Fund 01) Professional Services Agreement between AUSD and The Stepping Stones Group for variable hourly rates with a total not to exceed $500,000.00. (SY 23-24)

4.       (Fund 01) Professional Services Agreement between AUSD and Ximena de la Barrera for an hourly rate of $41.98 for a total not to exceed $28,000.00.

5.       (Fund 01) Professional Services Agreement between AUSD and Stacey Foley for an hourly rate of $47.95 and a total not to exceed $35,000.00.

6.       (Fund 01) Professional Services Agreement between AUSD and Kellie Olsen for an hourly rate of $52.47 and a total not to exceed $35,000.00.

7.       (Fund 13) Food Services Agreement between AUSD and NEA Community Learning Center with pricing applicable only should CA Universal Meals for students cease at $2.50/breakfast, $3.75 elementary lunch, $4.25 middle school lunch, and $4.50 high school lunch.

8.       (Fund 13) Food Services Agreement between AUSD and Alameda Community Learning Center with pricing applicable only should CA Universal Meals for students cease at $2.50/breakfast, $3.75 elementary lunch, $4.25 middle school lunch, and $4.50 high school lunch.

9.       (Fund 01) Statement of Work between AUSD and IncWorx Consulting for a total cost of $27,000.00.

10.   (Fund 01) General, Fiscal and Operational Memorandum of Understanding between AUSD and Academy of Alameda (AOA) for 2023-2024.

11.   (Fund 01) General, Fiscal and Operational Memorandum of Understanding between AUSD and Community Learning Center Schools (CLCS) for 2023-2024.

12.   (Fund 01) Community Based Organization Master Contract between AUSD and the County of Alameda for a total of $60,149 in received funding.

13.   (Fund 01) Service Agreement between AUSD and Care Solace, Inc for a total of $27,000.00. Total contract fee reimbursed to AUSD by the Alameda Education Foundation.

14.   (Fund 01) Amendment No. 2 to Professional Services Agreement between AUSD and Ro Health, LLC for an increase of $11,000 and a total amended value of $120,000.00.

15.   (Fund 01) Statement of Work between AUSD and Robert Half International, Inc. for an hourly rate of $70.45 and a total not to exceed $25,000.00.

16.   (Fund 01) Product and Services Agreement between AUSD and InquirEd for a five-year term with a total cost of $279,323.90.

17.   (Fund 01) Contract for Repairs, Maintenance or Small Construction Projects between AUSD and Intrepid Electronic Systems for a total price of $40,000.00.

18.   (Fund 01) Contract for Repairs, Maintenance or Small Construction Projects between AUSD and Pacific Coast Trane for a total price of $59,999.00.

19.   (Fund 01) Contract for Repairs, Maintenance or Small Construction Projects between AUSD and North American Fence and Railing Inc for a total price of $59,999.00.

20.   (Fund 01) Professional Services Agreement between AUSD and ASF Clean Team for flat fee not to exceed $59,000.00.

21.   (Fund 01) Professional Services Agreement between AUSD and Stanley Steemer for a total not to exceed $45,000.00.

22. (Fund 01) Software SaaS Agreement between AUSD and Workforce Software, LLC for a three-year term and a total of $205,056.00.

23. (Fund 01) Amendment No. 2 to Professional Services Agreement between AUSD and EverDriven (formerly ALC Schools) for an increase of $500,000 and a total amended value of $2,000,000,00.

24. (Fund 01) Amendment No. 3 to Professional Services Agreement between AUSD and Interpreters Unlimited for an increase of $1,300 and a total amended value of $46,300.00.

25. (Fund 01) Amendment No. 2 to Professional Services Agreement between AUSD and Autism Partnership for an increase of $13,425.00 and a total amended value of $104,425.00.

26. (Fund 01) Professional Services Agreement between AUSD and MYMC, Inc. for a total not to exceed $25,000.00.
