Background:

 In alignment with Board Policy and Administrative Regulation 3311 for compliance with Public Contract Code 20111, on March 17, 2023, and March 24, 2023, AUSD staff posted RFQ# 23-01 Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Construction Services (Lease-Leaseback) for District Projects under the Measure B bond. By the deadline of May 10, 2023, thirteen (13) firms submitted a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ).

 

Based on the results of the District’s Evaluation/Best Value Selection Process and SOQ scoring, staff is recommending the following construction firms be deemed qualified for Measure B Lease-Leaseback construction services and will become members of the qualified contractor pool.

3.  Robert A. Bothman Construction

4.  Alten Construction, Inc.

5.  Swinerton Builders

6.  Rodan Builders

7.  BHM Construction, Inc.
