| Background: | In order to submit Continued Funding Application (CFA) contracts and documentation to the California Department of Education for Fiscal Year 2024-2025, the Board of Education must pass a resolution granting signing authority to designated personnel. Resolution No. 2023-2024.18 shall give such authority to the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources, Assistant Superintendent of Business Services, and the Assistant Superintendent of Education Services. |
