Staff is presenting a revised job description for the Director of WCDC. The major revisions are that besides the State issued Program Director permit we will now seek candidates that hold an Administrative Services Credential. With the expansion of Transitional Kindergarten program, our Early Childhood Education program offering continue to grow. Staff believes that the revisions being made to this job description reflect the knowledge and skill set required. With the addition of the administrative credential we also recommend that the position be increased is a Range 5 on the Management Salary Schedule. |
