Alameda voters approved Facilities Bond Measure I in November 2014 and approved Facilities Bond Measure B in June 2022.
As the bond schedules dictate, various contracts will come before the Board for approval.
Contracts may include construction bid contracts, architectural services contract addenda, specialists/consultants agreements, etc. Staff has created a standing board item to keep the contracts for Measure I and Measure B separate from the approval of other district contracts.
