Each year, Alameda Unified School District’s Special Education Department executes “Master Contracts” with Non-Public Schools and Non-Public Agencies to support the Special Education Department. Through the year, Individual Service Agreements (ISAs) are entered into under these “Master Contracts” that allocate funds for services required to provide support to AUSD students in accordance with the Individuals with Disabilities in Education Act (IDEA).
