| Background: | The Board of Education approved the Alameda Unified School District’s 2014-2015 budget on June 24, 2014. Some of the underlying financial assumptions used to prepare the budget changed when the State of California approved the State budget for 2014-2015. In addition, the District has closed the 2013-2014 fiscal year and has a revised beginning balance for 2014-2015.
