| Background: | AUSD and Alameda Little League are long-time partners. This joint-use agreement replaces the recently expired agreement governing Little League’s use of the baseball fields at Wood Middle School. The agreement gives Little League priority use of the fields when school is not in session during the Little League season. In consideration for this priority, Little League agrees to maintain all of the Wood fields, as well as the new proposed light fixtures at one of the fields. The agreement lasts for five years and is renewable for an additional five-year term. |
