| Background: | The Alameda Unified School District delivered its Proposition 39 Final Offer of Facilities to the Academy of Alameda. To satisfy its obligation under Proposition 39, the District is allocating classrooms and other reasonably equivalent furnished and equipped space at the Chipman Middle School facility for the 2015-2016 school year. The next step is to approve the Facility Use Agreement between AUSD and Academy of Alameda which sets the terms and conditions by which the Academy will occupy and use the facilities. The term of the Agreement is for the 2015-2016 school year only. |
