Background: | The District received a complaint claiming that it had failed to respond to allegations of bullying at a school. Staff investigated the complaint and concluded that the allegations had been investigated and appropriate consequences had been meted out. Staff recommends that the Board not hear the appeal. Approval of this item as part of the consent agenda would result in the Board declining to hear the appeal and permitting the complainant to bring the complaint to the California Department of Education if desired. |
