Item Title:Measure I Bond Program Staffing Structure

Background:

At the February 10, 2015 Board meeting, the Board approved additional staff in the Maintenance, Operations and Facilities Department in order to accommodate the anticipated work of the Measure I Bond Program. Three (3) positions were approved: 1) Budget Analyst (Part-time), 2) Office Assistant - District, and 3) Construction Project Manager. 

 

As the bond program increases to full implementation, the staffing needs have changed. Tonight staff is asking the Board to approve a second Construction Project Manager, for a total of 2.0 FTE, and an addition of 0.6 Budget Analyst, for a total of 1.0 FTE.
