Item Title:Approval to Accept Bid Award for Maya Lin Elementary After School Program

Background:

In alignment with Board Policy and Administrative Regulation 3311 for compliance with Public Contract Code 20111, AUSD posted a Request for Proposal (RFP #017-049-01) for the After School Education Safety (ASES) funded After School Program at Maya Lin Elementary School on April 18, 2017. One (1) organization submitted by the deadline of 2:00 pm on May 5, 2017. The sealed bid was opened and reviewed by staff on Tuesday, May 9, 2017.

 

Staff recommends the award for RFP #017-049-01, After School Program at Maya Lin Elementary be awarded to the Bay Area Music Project.

 

The contract between AUSD and the Bay Area Music Project will be brought to the Board for ratification at the June 13, 2017 meeting.
