Background:

Tonight we present enrollment data for elementary, middle, and high schools for the first 10 days of school.  Enrollment is monitored daily for the first 15 days, as well as on the 20th day, with manual counts.  Classes must be balanced by the 20th day to meet class size maximums per the Alameda Education Association contract.

 

Tonight, the first ten (10) days of data will be presented by Kirsten Zazo, AUSD Chief Student Support Officer. 

 

The tenth day of school was on September 1, 2017.
