Background:

Alameda Unified School District has determined there is lack of work and/or lack of funds to maintain the Classified positions in the attached Resolution.

 

The reduction of positions will be effective November 14, 2017.

 

All employees who receive notice of a possible reduction in services are entitled to re-employment with the District under state law and, if applicable, the collective bargaining agreement between the District and CSEA.
