In alignment with Board Policy and Administrative Regulation 3311 for compliance with Public Contract Code 20111, AUSD posted a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Community Learning Center Schools Portables and Electrical Work at Woodstock Site on January 23, 2018. Three (3) firms submitted by the deadline of 3:00 pm on Wednesday, February 21, 2018. Sealed bids were opened and reviewed by staff on Wednesday, February 21, 2018.
Staff recommends the contract for the Community Learning Center Schools Portables and Electrical Work at Woodstock Site be awarded to low bidder Bay Construction Co.
The contract for the Community Learning Center Schools Portables and Electrical Work at Woodstock Site between AUSD and Bay Construction Co. will be presented to the Board at a future meeting for ratification.
