Item Title:Approval to Accept Bid Award for Ruby Bridges Elementary After School Program and Approval of MOU between AUSD and Eventure More

Background:

In alignment with Board Policy and Administrative Regulation 3311 for compliance with Public Contract Code 20111, AUSD posted a Request for Proposal (RFP #018-049-01) for the After School Education Safety (ASES) funded After School Program at Ruby Bridges Elementary School on March 8, 2018. Two (2) organizations submitted by the deadline of 2:00 pm on March 23, 2018. The sealed bids were opened and reviewed by staff on Thursday, March 29, 2018.

 

Staff recommends the award for RFP #018-049-01 After School Program at Ruby Bridges Elementary be awarded to Eventure More.

 

The Memorandum of Understanding between AUSD and Eventure More is attached to this agenda item and staff is asking that the Board approve the Bid Award and Memorandum of Understanding at this time.
