| Background: | Pursuant to Board policy and section 3547.5 of the Government Code, the Superintendent and Chief Business Official hereby certify that any costs incurred by the District under the proposed agreement can be met by the District during the term of this Agreement.
Approval of this item would authorize staff to submit Board approved AB 1200 documents to the Alameda County Office of Education. Approval of this item would also approve new salary schedules for AEA members and unrepresented employees. |
