Background:

AUSD updated the existing MOU with Alameda Community Radio regarding shared use of the radio studios located at Encinal High School.

 

AUSD is re-submitting the original Timeshare Agreement that was negotiated between AUSD, Alameda Community Radio, and Poor Magazine that established the broadcasting hours for each entity that are on file at the Federal Communication Commission (FCC).
