| Background: | At the Board Policy Subcommittee meeting held on March 18, 2019, staff were directed to revise Board Bylaw BB 9323.1 Order of Business to reflect the recent changes and changes made since the last revision on January 24, 2012.
Staff are presenting BB 9323.1 to the Board for discussion, and once approved it will replace the current Board Bylaw effective March 26, 2019.
