Education Code Sections 42632 and 35161 provide that the Board of Education may appoint agents and officers to act on its behalf and to certify or attest to actions taken by the Board and to sign district documents, orders, and agreements.
The list of authorized agents shall be submitted to the Alameda County Office of Education prior to the approval of any order of the release of funds from the District.
The District has had recent changes in department administrators. This resolution appoints the following as Authorized Agents:
- Pasquale Scuderi, Superintendent of Schools
- Sara Stone, Chief Academic Officer
- Shariq Khan, Chief Business Officer
- Tim Erwin, Chief Human Resources Officer
- Kirsten Zazo, Chief Student Support Officer
