Background:Pursuant to Board Bylaw BB 9122: Secretary, the Board shall appoint the Superintendent to serve as Secretary to the Board. The Secretary to the Board shall be responsible for maintaining a record of Board proceedings and shall:
 
  1. Prepare, distribute, and maintain the Board agenda
  2. Record, distribute, and maintain Board minutes
  3. Maintain Board records and documents
  4. Conduct official correspondence for the Board
  5. As directed by the Board, sign and execute official papers
  6. Perform other duties as assigned by the Board

 

At its Annual Organizational meeting on December 2019, then Superintendent Sean McPhetridge was assigned as the District's Board Secretary. Since then, Pasquale Scuderi was approved as the Superintendent at the Board's June 25th meeting and he will now, pending approval of the attached resolution, be the District's Board Secretary.
