Item Title:Approval of Memorandum of Understanding between Alameda Unified School District and Alameda Family Services

Background:

Alameda Family Services (AFS) has been partnering with Alameda Unified School District (AUSD) for several years to meet the medical health, mental health, health education, and youth development needs of the students of Alameda High School, Encinal Jr./Sr. High School, Island High School, Ruby Bridges Elementary, and Otis Elementary through its school-based health centers and outpatient mental health services.

 

Approval of the Memorandum of Understanding between AUSD and AFS will extend these services for the next three (3) years, from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2022.
