Background:

The Board of Education’s approval is needed by the Alameda County Office of Education on the quarterly reporting of complaints received under the Valenzuela/CAHSEE Lawsuit Settlement – Williams Uniform Complaints. 

 

There was one (1) Williams Uniform Complaint received under the Teacher Vacancy and Misassignment category during the quarter ending September 30, 2019. This was verified and resolved. The teacher was NOT misassigned.
