Highlighting Alameda Schools and Employee Spotlight - Island High School

 

Island High School is the District's Alternative High School. The teacher to student ratio is at a maximum of 1:25. It offers concurrent enrollment opportunities, work experience program, independent study program, and Acellus courses. Students at Island High School also have access to mental health services.

 

The Employee Spotlight is an opportunity for the school being highlighted to “spotlight” the wonderful work of one of their certificated and classified staff members.
