Item Title:Approval of CSBA Board Policy Updates

Background:

The California School Boards Association (CSBA) provides school districts regular recommended updates to Board Policies and Administrative Regulations.  These updates reflect changes in state and federal law and ensure that our local policies remain compliant.

 

Changes to Board Policies are shared first with the Board Policy Subcommittee and, where no material changes are recommended, are usually referred for approval on the consent calendar.  Where recommended changes represent significant impact to practice or relate to topics of current interest, they are brought to the full Board as a general business item.
