Background:
 

In alignment with Board Policy and Administrative Regulation 3311 for compliance with Public Contract Code 20111, AUSD posted Request for Proposal (RFP) #019-073-02 for Professional Audit Services on September 13, 2019. Six (6) firms submitted by the deadline of 2:00 pm on October 3, 2019. Sealed proposals were opened and reviewed on October 3, 2019.

 

Following the review, staff selected three (3) firms to be interviewed by Fiscal staff. These interviews were conducted on December 17, 2019.

 

Staff recommends the Request for Proposal (RFP) #019-073-02 for Professional Audit Services be awarded to Moss Adams LLP. The contract for Professional Audit Services between AUSD and Moss Adams, LLP will be presented to the Board for approval at a future meeting.
