On January 14, 2020, the Board of Education delegated authority to enter into contracts on behalf of the Alameda Unified School District and to purchase supplies, materials, apparatus, equipment, and services up to the amounts specified in Public Contract Code 20111 and Education Code section 17604 to the Superintendent of Schools, Chief Student Support Officer, Chief Academic Officer, Chief Business Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer.
Resolution Number 2019-2020.025 further limited the delegation to expenditures of less than $95,200 and required that the Board of Education ratify the contracts within sixty (60) days of incurring the expense.
The following contracts are presented for ratification:
1. (Fund 01) Termination of Professional Services Agreement between AUSD and Ro Health for an hourly rate of $50-60 with a total not to exceed $164,700.00 with $0.00 expended to date.
2. (Fund 01) Termination of Professional Services Agreement and Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement between AUSD and ATX Learning LLC. for an hourly rate of $85.00 with a total not to exceed $255,997.00 with $46,386.70 expended to date.
3. (Fund 01) Agreement for Maintenance and Shared Recreational Use of Wood Middle School Baseball Fields between AUSD and Alameda Little League.
