Background:
 

In alignment with Board Policy and Administrative Regulation 3311 for compliance with Public Contract Code 20111, AUSD posted a Request for Qualifications (RFQ #019-073-01) for Real Estate Broker Services on October 23, 2019. Two (2) firms submitted by the deadline of 2:00 pm on November 19, 2019. Sealed bids were opened and reviewed by committee members during the week of December 16, 2019.

 

The committee recommends the contract for RFQ #019-073-01 Real Estate Broker Services be awarded to best value bidder CBRE.

 

The contract for services between AUSD and CBRE will be brought to the BOE for ratification at a future meeting.
